This one flat membership fee includes an emergency physician house call (including after hours and on weekends) and one month of 24/7 direct access communication to our physicians.
Please Note: We may refuse to provide our mobile medicine services if we deem it medically inappropriate or if we are at capacity. Additionally, this practice is not enrolled to provide medi-cal or medicare patients concierge services at home and does not provide medical care to medi-cal or medicare patients at this time.
